If there's one thing we all need right now, it's a moment to pause and collect our thoughts. Metta meditation is one of my favorites. Metta meditation is a type of Buddhist meditation that is focused on positive energy, love and kindness. This practice is especially useful for reducing negative emotions toward yourself and other people.
